Upcoming Technical Group Events
This is a back-to-basics webinar will cover the advantages and limitations of the more common arc welding cladding processes - submerged arc, MIG/MAG, GTAW/PAW, MMA and the non-arc process, electro-slag. Brief mention will also be made of other processes such as friction welding and explosive cladding. Also discussed will be some of the problems encountered during cladding, particularly with respect to composition and metallurgical issues when depositing stainless steel and nickel based alloys.
Welding engineers and technicians, welding foremen, designers, shop floor supervisory staff, quality control personnel.
Don't miss this opportunity to upskill, ask questions and gain clarity on an essential aspect of your role.
