Focusing on the next generation

Overview: The work environment is evolving rapidly. We need those people with technical expertise and practical experience to give guidance and share their knowledge to help support and inspire the next generation. This can come in form of volunteering, ambassador programmes, outreach activities, and mentoring. This talk will cover these topics from the perspective of a maturing engineer.
