Overview: In this talk, Kamer will talk about her career working in an engineering environment, what obstacles she has faced, how she has  overcome them and how her work with the Tipper Group has both extended her own personal learning and created an opportunity to move the conversation forward regarding gender equality.

Speaker:  Kamer Tuncbilek Programme Manager, TWI Ltd

Speaker Biography: Kamer is an Industrial Engineer with MA in Business Administration. She received her MPhil from Cambridge University in Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management (IfM) in 2009. She is currently working as Programme Manager at TWI and chairing The Tipper Group, which is supporting the Diversity and Inclusion practices at TWI.
