Overview: This presentation will help employers develop their understanding of how T Levels are creating the next generation of talent in Engineering and Manufacturing, and how to engage with that new talent pipeline for their future workforce. STEM ambassadors will learn more about this revolution in technical education and what it offers to 16-18 year old learners. Engineering Professionals will gain an insight into the new approach to technical education and how it aims to satisfy industry requirements. Parents will learn about the benefits of T Levels in offering a technical education pathway that delivers high quality qualifications and revolutionary progression opportunities.

Speaker Biography: Chris is an engineering professional who has engaged with the Engineering & Manufacturing T Level from its inception. Having contributed to the creation of the T Levels, Chris has supported the implementation of the new qualifications by advising Awarding Organisations on content and assessments, resolving barriers to employers’ hosting of Industry Placements, working with Providers on delivery challenges, and promoting widely the benefits of the qualifications. Chris delivers technical education projects through his independent consultancy business, intraresilience Limited, and delivers voluntary activities as a T Level Ambassador.
