Meet the speaker: 

Martin Connelly started with British Steel in 1993 having graduated with a BEng (Hons) 1st in Metallurgy and Engineering Materials from Strathcylde Univeristy.  Martin moved through a variety of responsibility for the Hartlepool SAW Mills in 2007.
