The Welding Institute is encouraging members of its India Student Chapter and wider professional network to explore the opportunities available through the prestigious Chevening Scholarship programme.

Funded by the UK Government's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and partner organisations, Chevening Scholarships provide exceptional individuals with the opportunity to undertake a fully funded one-year master's degree at a UK university while joining a global network of future leaders and decision makers. 

Applications for the 2027-2028 Chevening Scholarships are now open, with the current application window closing on 6 October 2026.
